Brahim's Thai Sweet & Sour Sauce
A tangy sauce with a balanced sweet and sharp flavour, ideal for use as a cook-in sauce, marinade or dipping sauce. This sauce is excellent served with shelled king prawns, pineapple pieces and chopped red chillies, garnished with fresh coriander and strips of red pepper.
Cooking Instructions :-
1. Season 600g fish fillets with salt and pepper. Coat/dredge the fish fillets with cornflour. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Set aside.
2. Heat Brahim's Thai Sweet & Sour Sauce in a saucepan. Add 100g of vegetables (pineapple, red and green capsicum, onion cut into cubes) and stir for 5 minutes.
3. Pour over fried fish fillets.
Also suitable for use with other seafood. Always check that the product is piping hot before serving

Sugar, water, tomato sauce, vinegar, modified tapioca starch, salt, oleoresin paprika.
