Brahim's Thai Masaman Curry Sauce
A different tasting sauce more suited to those who prefer their curry less spicy. Suitable for use with all meats, especially lamb, and traditionally served with cubed potato pieces, added cashew nuts or peanuts and rice.
Cooking Instructions :-
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add 350g of beef/chicken cut into strips and saute over moderate heat for 15 minutes.
2. Add Brahim's Thai Masaman Curry Sauce and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer uncovered over low to moderate heat for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Always check that the product is piping hot before serving.
Ingredients :-
Water, coconut milk, fish sauce, brown sugar, creamer, onion, garlic, modified tapioca starch, yeast extract, tamarind, chilli, coriander, lemongrass, cannamon, star anise, cloves, cardamom, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, cumin and black pepper.
