Brahim's Anchovies Sambal
This delicious dish is an all time Malaysian favourite. Prepared from choice fillet of anchovies and specially selected ingredients, this delightful savoury side dish is a much loved accompaniment to rice and bread at all meal times.
How To Prepare :-
1. Place unopened pouch in boiling water for 3 minutes.
2. Tear open the pouch at the notch.
3. Pour into plate. Serve with rice, paste or potatoes.
Ingredients :-
Water, peeled anchovies, onion, chillies, vegetable oil, garlic, tamarind, sugar, prawn paste, salt and Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (as permitted flavour enchancer)
