Brahim's Chicken Rendang
This traditional Malay dish is specially cooked with fresh succelent chicken and freshly ground, selected spices, stir-fried into a thick, dry, delicious gravy. It is a quick and convenient meal at anytime.
How To Prepare :-
1. Place unopened pouch in boiling water for 3 minutes.
2. Tear open the pouch at the notch.
3. Pour into plate. Serve with rice, paste or potatoes.
Ingredients :-
Water, chicken, vegetable oil, onion, coconut butter, coconut milk, galangal, lemon grass, ginger, salt, sugar, garlic, tamarind, selected spices, tumeric leaf and Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (as permitted flavour enchancer)
