Brahim's Beef Rendang
Beef Rendang is a traditional Malay speciality that is a perennial mealtime favourite. Exquisitely prepared with selected spices and choice beef, the dish is cooked into a thick delicious gravy and is irresistable when eaten with rice or bread.
How To Prepare :-
1. Place unopened pouch in boiling water for 3 minutes.
2. Tear open the pouch at the notch.
3. Pour into plate. Serve with rice, paste or potatoes.
Ingredients :-
Water, boneless beef, vegetable oil, onion, coconut butter, coconut milk, galangal, lemon grass, ginger, salt, sugar, garlic, tamarind, selected spices, tumeric leaf and Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (as permitted flavour enchancer)
