Brahim's Thai Red Curry Sauce
Brahim's Complete Sauce for Thai Red Curry presents Thailand's favorite creamy and aromatic curry which is traditionally served with meat, fish, vegetable or mushrooms. With a blend of red chillies, fresh herbs, roots and spices, it is a fragrant dish which is usually served with jasmine rice.
Cooking Instructions :-
1. In a pan, add 19oz (600g) of boneless chicken, beef or seafood (sliced) to 1 packet of Brahim's Complete Sauce for Thai Red Curry and 1 cup (250ml) water. Simmer.
2. When meat or seafood is cooked, stir at medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
3. Lastly, add 3 1/2oz (100g) vegetables (button mushrooms, eggplant or long beans) and stir well for another 3 minutes. Garnish with sliced green/red chillies and basil leaves. Serve hot with rice or bread.
Microwave Directions :-
Empty contents into microwave-safe dish together with 19oz (600g) meat or seafood and 2/3cup (150ml) water.
2. Heat on HIGH for 10 minutes. Longer cooking time is required for beef/lamb (reduce liquid slightly when cooking seafood).
3. Add 3 1/2oz (100g) of vegetables ( button mushroom, eggplant and long beans) and cook for another 3 minutes. Garnish with green/red chillies and basil leaves. Server hot with rice or bread.
Ingredients :-
Coconut milk, water, chilli, onion, fish sauce, modified starch, lemongrass, sugar, salt, garlic, galangal, ginger and selected spices.
