Brahim's Madras Curry Sauce
Brahim's Complete Sauce for Madras Curry presents the most popular blend of Indian spices and herbs which is ideal for cooking any kind of meat, poultry, seafood or vegetables. Usually served with rice, it is used with any recipe calling for curry powder and includes spices such as nutmeg, black pepper and cardamom which further enchance the flavor of any dish.
Cooking Instructions :-
1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and brown 19oz (600g) boneless chicken, beef or lamb (sliced) on all sides.
2. Add 1 packet of Brahim's Complete Sauce for Madras Curry and 1/2 cup (125ml) water.
3. Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes until meat is tender.
4. Add another 1/2 cup (125ml) water and reduce gravy to a thick consistency.
5. Garnish with roasted cashewnuts, raisins and coriander leaves. Serve with rice or bread.
Microwave Directions :-
Empty contents into microwave-safe dish together with 19oz (600g) meat.
2. Heat on HIGH for 10 minutes. Longer cooking time is required for beef/lamb.
3. Garnish with roasted cashewnuts, raisins and coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or bread.

Water, tomato paste, onion, palm olein, selected spices, salt, garlic, ginger, yeast extract, sugar, chilli and modified starch.
