Brahim's Thai Green Curry Sauce
Brahim's Complete Sauce for Thai Green Curry presents Thailand's favorite creamy and aromatic curry which is traditionally served with meat, fish, vegetable or mushrooms. Green chillies and coriander leaves lend a green colour and rich flavor to this unique curry which is usually served with jasmine rice.
Cooking Instructions :-
1. In a pan, add 19oz (600g) of boneless chicken, beef or seafood (sliced) to 1 packet of Brahim's Complete Sauce for Thai Green Curry and 1 cup (250ml) water. Simmer.
2. When meat or seafood is cooked, stir at medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until sauce thickens.
3. Lastly, add 3 1/2oz (100g) vegetables (button mushrooms, eggplant or long beans) and stir well for another 3 minutes. Garnish with sliced green/red chillies and basil leaves. Serve hot with rice or bread.
Microwave Directions :-
Empty contents into microwave-safe dish together with 19oz (600g) meat or seafood and 2/3cup (150ml) water.
2. Heat on HIGH for 10 minutes. Longer cooking time is required for beef/lamb (reduce liquid slightly when cooking seafood).
3. Add 3 1/2oz (100g) of vegetables ( button mushroom, eggplant and long beans) and cook for another3 minutes. Garnish with green/red chillies and basil leaves. Server hot with rice or bread.

Coconut milk, water, fish sauce, sugar, onion, garlic, bird chilli, lemongrass, selected spices, creamer, salt, shirmp paste, kaffir lime leaves, galangal and yeast extract.
